We all want good health, glowing skin and fabulous hair but to balance all three together can sometimes be difficult…but not any more:)
All you need is one product for all three areas, yes, one product and that’s coconut oil.

For Glowing Skin…
If you want glowing skin then why not apply the coconut oil to your skin as your cream within your skincare regime? All you have to do is place the jar under warm running water to soften the oil up. Once you have cleansed your skin add the coconut oil to you face as your moisturiser. I normally use the coconut oil in my night time regime to ensure that the oil works into my skin through the night. You can also use the oil as a facial mask if you prefer not to use it as a facial cream. When applying it as a facial mask apply an even layer of the oil all around your face and leave on the skin for around 15-20mins….once the time is up wash it off with warm water and there you have it soft and glowing skin! 🙂
For Fabulous Hair…
Over the years I have damaged my hair from dying, curling and straightening it. My hair was so dry and damaged that it would no longer grow 😦 I tired so many hair products from hair masks, deep conditioners and hair creams, they did do some wonders to my hair but I still was not satisfied. I decided that I was going to use the coconut oil as a hair mask and I was amazed by the results.
How to use the coconut oil as a hair mask…
- Add three table spoons of the coconut oil into a microwavable bowl
- Place the bowl into the microwave for 30 secs
- Mix the oil with a spoon and apply with fingers to dry hair
- Ensure that the product is evenly all over your hair from your scalp to your ends
- Massage the oil into your scalp
- Leave the oil in your hair for a good 30mins!!
- After 30mins wash it out with your normal shampoo and conditioner (if you want you can leave the oil in your hair overnight)
- Ensure that the oil is washed out of your hair so that your hair doesn’t become greasy
- And enjoy your soft and fabulous hair!
Yes..HEALTH…did you know that you can also cook with this oil?! Coconut oil benefits you in so many ways you can still cook your favourite dishes, however, instead of using your regular cooking oil why not use coconut oil. Coconut oil helps with diabetes, cholesterol and sugar cravings. It is so much more natural than cooking oils and even gives your dishes a better taste! You can still fry the same way as you were before, but this time with a much more healthier oil.
I mean how wonderful is this…it’s just goodness in a jar! One product benefits so many problems and you can find it anywhere!

Below I have linked Amazon where there are many different coconut oils they all do the same thing just different brands and prices….I don’t really stick to one brand just grab any off the shelf that I see first as they all the same thing…you can find coconut oil in any supermarkets or your local grocery stores as well.
